Unfortunately, due to the demands of our Express one, two, and three day cases, we are unable to avoid minor delays in the delivery schedule. Due to delivery problems related to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances, cases may be delivered within a one hour window from the expected delivery time...and will not be considered late if delivered before the patient's appointed time. In spite of delivery traffic problems, over 99% of all cases including express cases historically have been delivered one time. Please adjust your delivery time and patient appointment time to allow for unforeseen delivery problems.
